This project involved redesigning The Great Gatsby with a fresh, visually compelling Art Deco aesthetic that reflects the opulence and grandeur of the 1920s. The cover and interior design were carefully crafted to enhance the novel’s themes of luxury, ambition, and nostalgia.

Design Choices:

Art Deco Style: Geometric patterns, gold accents, and symmetrical compositions capture the elegance and extravagance of the Jazz Age.
Symbolism: The iconic Gatsby car, a grand mansion, and the watchful eyes of Doctor T.J. Eckleburg are integrated into the design, reinforcing key motifs of the novel.
Typography & Layout: A refined type treatment mimics period-appropriate fonts, creating an authentic 1920s feel while maintaining readability.
